Product Operations Manager

Ultrarev is an early stage software company that helps businesses profitably scale how they sell. Currently B2B companies have two options when they need to find new customers to meet their revenue goals:

  • Spamming future customers incessantly.
  • Hiring large and expensive junior sales teams to repeat tedious, manual prospecting tasks.

We are building a better way!

Our growing company is looking to fill the position of Product Operations Manager. You will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and customer success. An effective product ops candidate will enable the cross-functional product team to operate as effectively as possible.

Ideally this isn’t your first technical job and your future goals include becoming a full Product Manager or starting your own startup someday. If this sounds like you, read on!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Help manage our growing list of customer pilots by executing on operational tasks consistently.
  • Make sure the features we’re shipping are tested and ready for customers.
  • Be the face of the company with our existing customers - provide a really high level of support to them.
  • Build and maintain our customer knowledge base and create how-to guides, etc.
  • Pull data for further analysis by the team.
  • Create playbooks to streamline repetitive tasks.

What You Bring

  • You need to be a self-starting problem solver under pressure.
  • You need to be technical: you aren’t afraid to learn how to write a SQL query or build a Zapier workflow if needed!
  • Solid time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Great verbal and written communication — you’ll be working with customers directly!

What To Expect

  • Remote work from anywhere (overlap hours for this role are 8am - 1pm PT).
  • Unlimited vacation + local holidays for everyone.
  • Compensation: We offer competitive salaries and the most employee friendly stock plan to all full time staff. Our salary for this role is $25k-$35k/yr, depending on experience.
  • Team off-sites: 1-2 times a year. Last one was in Istanbul! Check us out!
